  • Small Group Reformer Classes

    The Pilates reformer is a specialised piece of equipment allowing clients to perform hundreds of low impact exercises giving you a safe, total body workout. Using resistance, the reformer facilitates strength building while elongating, rather than bulking muscles.

    Maximum 8 people per class.

    Classes are 45 minutes.

  • Private Classes

    There are many reasons you may like to take advantage of our private classes. Whatever these may be, we are happy to accommodate you. Private classes may consist of reformer, mat and small prop work.

    Classes are 50 minutes.

    Enjoy personalised attention and tailored instruction in our semi-private Pilates sessions, designed for 2-3 people. Perfect for friends, couples, or anyone seeking focused guidance at an affordable rate.

  • Pregnancy Pilates

    Pregnancy beautiful, exciting, life-changing, but also tricky. One part that’s full of unknowns and confusion? How to safely move your body.

    We have taken the guess work out for you. Reformer Pilates is a safe, low impact form of exercise. When performed mindfully and with precision, Pilates can develop strength, flexibility and help alleviate pregnancy discomforts. As well, you will spend 8 weeks with the same clients in your group class so this is a great way to share your journey and bond with other women going through a similar life experience. All this makes Reformer Pilates the ideal exercise for pre and post natal women.

    These classes are purchased as 8 week blocks.

  • Post Natal Pilates

    Join us for some gentle, progressive exercises after your baby is born.

    Enjoy getting back into exercise in a relaxed, safe and supportive environment and YES you can bring your baby with you. We recommend bringing a capsule for your baby to watch you from :)

    Pilates can help you:

    • strengthen your abdominal wall

    • regain the good posture you'll need to nurse and carry your baby

    • strengthen your arm muscles, so you can lift and carry your baby more easily

    • improve sleep, energy and mood.

    Please wait at least 6 weeks post birth before joining these classes. Please ask your doctor, midwife or obstetrician if you are clear to begin exercising.
